Austell Police Department Field Trip
Who? Austell Police Department
What? Tour of the police station, talk with a police officer and getting to meet the police dog.
When? Tuesday, March 11 at 10 o'clock. We will meet at the police station at 9:45 AM.
Where? 2721 Joe Jerkins Boulevard, Austell, Georgia 30106
There is a nice playground next the the police station so bring your lunch and let's eat and play together afterwards.
If you have any questions about the event please email southcobbhomeschoolers@gmail.com . All ages are welcome and we will be having a card for the kids to sign before hand to thank the police officers for their time.
Meeting at the Library
March 25 at 11:30 pm at the South Cobb Library. The new children's librarian will come and speak to our children about safety.
South Cobb Homeschoolers Safety Village
Who? South Cobb Homeschoolers Safety Village
What? We will be having a special talk given by an official from the Cobb Safety Village.
Following the talk the kids will be given an opportunity to put into practice their newly found safety skills in our own safety village that we will have set up.
When? Tuesday, April 22 at 11:00 am
Where? Fellowship Hall of the Vision Baptist Church in Smyrna
