Stay in Your Lane

I was so  excited when I realized that this would be my 100th post!!!  I have been blogging for so long but I have never stuck with a blog past the first year. Seriously!

Maybe it's because I am not as passionate over other topics as I am homeschooling.

Whatever the case, this marks my 100th post.  So what I have learned about homeschooling over the past three years?

It can all be summed up in four words "stay in your lane".

Always keeps the vision of why you started homeschooling before you.  Others will come along and question you, you might even question yourself but when you have your vision before you you will stay in your lane.

You might observe other children surpassing yours, your child surpass others but stay in your lane and do not compare because it is when you start comparing that you loose the joy of homeschooling.

As Paul said in Philippians 3:13-14 "Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus".

Keep pressing toward the goal and stay in your lane.
